I have finally decided on a reel and just ordered a 7ht mag. Now I want a new rod to go with it I have a daiwa supercast which I love! my other rod though is a sonik sks which doesnt have an adjustable reel seat and I prefer the reel low. So I have about £160 to spend on a new rod to fish mostly clean to mixed ground what would you guys recommend i've seen good things about the tf gear delta 14" but I'm not sure if it's that much of a step up from the sonik I have also whats do you guys think of the team daiwa z range they look nice and theres an ex display one on ebay for £170 any feedback is welcome guys this buying new sea tackle is headbanging compared to my coarse fishing! it's to confusing with a lot at the same price range etc.

I've had quite a few different rods but have to say I love my kompressor super sport.......lovely rods,had it rebuilt so it has my own touch,love it that much I'm looking at getting another!!!

Hi mate how did u get it rebuilt to have your own touch? That sounds like something I would do??

Got it rebuilt by alan (primoman) on here,by my own touch I mean my own colour of whipping,rings stuff like that,he does a mint job and good prices....depending what you want and budget!! Just message him mate
