Whats the weather like on the coast ?

Was planning a night session tonight ??
Travelling from upper Teesdale, we have around 3 " of snow@ present and still falling ?/
Hadn't decided where to go, would probably have been whitby way ?
That now looks dodgy,( Daft I can't deny, but not completely Mad.),so any reports on weather from South shields downwards muchly appreciated !:red:

Peterlee area has a light dusting of snow with a bloody freezing wind , stay at home mate and watch the telly

i dont usually say this but "better off sitting in the house"

but i rekon the best spot to fish in the n/e wud be the roker pier bunker for shelter if ya desperate to get out
