Where to fish at night?

Im going to go fishing tonight with my brother at around 11pm until 5am. We are Blyth based. From reading recent catch reports it seems nothing much is getting caught at the moment. Can anyone tell me where might be worth a chuck tonight and what bait would they go for?

I would have thought your pier was as good a spot as any- as everwhere seems to be struggling at the moment.
The sea fishing i have been doing recently has been by the glass centre on the Wear-nowt massive but kept busy,

i fished blyth pier about 3 weeks ago loads of little uns but good sport tho bait used was rag and squid. May fish better at night......... Good luck.

Not knowing the area I would start anywhere and walk till i liked the sound of it.

Fished Cambois Beach. 1 tiny Granny fish in 4 hours and no bites. Crap. Bait used. Rag, mussel and mackerel.
