Whitley Bay 7/8/2010

Fished for 2 hours at Browns Bay, caught 3 coalies & 1 wrasse (all returned-too small).

Saw a Gannet

Lewis had no bait left so I had to use the frozen baby squid I bought from Peelercrabman off eBay a few weeks ago.

Caught the first 3 with the ragworm I had leftover from last week & the 4th(biggest) using the squid.

nice one on the coalies and wrasse, alough think your getting ripped off on the squid. i know afew tackle shops sell the small baby squid, 1lb boxes for 2 pound, a fraction of the price and probaly alot fresher and not thrawed out in the post.
