Could anyone help me with any marks to fish between Cullercoats and St Marys? I dont know any of the marks at Whitley Bay?! Does the beach fish all the way along or are there some decent easy to find marks? What sort of casting distance is needed and what part of the tide is best? Cheers

Lods ov marks fish wats slope at nyt two hours be4 high tide two hours afta wats slope is strit in front ov you as you cum dawn the ramp the loos are on your ryt and cafe on left. Bait lug mussel crdb makrill sqwid r all good fish u cude get cod wighting colie flattys dabs. Go to the 2nd cafe on the beach and str8t in front ov you at low tide you c sum rocks fish to left ov em are the ryt dnt no name ov mark baits the same aß above tide fish it two hours be4 low and fish it bk. the marks are on. Whity bay beach best to fish at nyt afta big seas are during big seas but can still throw up odd fish even if seas nt on
The north end of Whitley beach is best if there is a big sea from the north.
You can fish it from high tide down to low tide moving south along the beach as it drops.
The first mark over high tide would be the boat station, that's where the miniature golf hut is. Walk down the steep slope to the beach, turn right, walk past the boat club 50mtrs and cast straight out. mixed bottom of boulders and sand.
At half tide walk south till you see the beginning of the promenade, this is little bay, a little shallower, but can produce some nice fish.
The next mark at the same stage of the tide is Big bay, fish in front of the prom shelter, the one before the Rendezvous cafe, fish into double figure sometimes caught here.
About an hour and a half before low water, go back north past little bay till you see some rocks, this is north skeer. Fish straight off the front, don't need to cast far. Can loose a bit more tackle here. fishes over low water and into the flood.
