Whitley Bay - tides

Hi All, i'm just about to get back into beach fishing after a good twenty-odd years so i'm a bit rusty. I've read about a lot of marks on WB beach but I can't make out which are the HT or LT options and whether wind direction plays a big part.

Any pointers greatfully recieved

The beach mostly fishes on small to medium tides over low, but you can fish the north end at the boat station and prom over high best seas are northerly's
