Whitley beach last night

Fished whitley bay beach for the first time last night.
Seemed to be good conditions,had lug crab and mussel for bait.
Plenty of bites right through until after midnight, lost a lovely fish in the surf just yards from my grasp
Still enjoyed it though.

Unlucky on the lost fish mate...10/10 for effort tho...need to get out soon, seems ages since I was last out and caught something

thats not V B/W's finest is it Mal:question: if not, unlucky on ya lost fish bruv if so, will giv you a bell at work either wed or thurs, were off to lynemouth thurs night to fish up and over high water, see if we can change wa luck, i've been fish dodgin for england my last couple of outings
