Hi, Lads is anybody getting Anyfish on the hard ground of Sunderland? and is there any mackeral out on the boats i have heard of a few reports of a few of the shore but i have seen any, just wondering if theres any out on the boats?

not heard of any. was talking to alan skinner couple of days ago and they've seen none on the JFK, which probably means they're not there

Yes....there is fish on the ground off Sunderland, (see Volante catch report 5-05-07). We took Cod to 5lbs on Saturday. Only Fresh crab seemed successful though.

No mackeral yet. We tried some 8 mile wrecks that usually fish early in the season and there was no sign of them. Give it another 2 weeks I reckon.
