Well pretty much the same story as yesterday, about 10 codling in about 5 hours of fishing all on baited muppets and hokkis, 3 keepers- best about 2.5lb. Still no Mackerel that far north yet. Started off chilly but settled right down by about 3.30pm. Got the majority of fish about a mile off Beadnell on a long drift, then motored down to craster and got nothing at all, probably should have stayed around Beadnell, never mind theres always next time.....

Hey, at least your catching, well done. I remember some of the days off Craster in the 80's filling my old reiver with cod with my mate Ken Robinson, who on one drop getting 6 cod on at once all around the 3lb mark, struggling to get the boat on to the plane with a 40hp Johnson because of all the fish. Arthur
