Last night was the first "cash match" and we had an excellent turn out of 19.
Rumours of cod up to 8 pound on Shields pier,and 5 pounders off the rocks
must of had people wanting to "brush off the cobwebs".
But only two returned with a fish, Andy Rutherford had one about 2 pound, but the winner came from the bottom of the North Arm.
