Worsed ever session and day

We fished craster north pier but lost a bit of gear plus the wind was horrendous, Lynemouth was way too big, The walkway tide pull was crazy..casting at 10 oclock getting pulled to almost 3 oclock and the groyne was pretty much the same but with wind added and also the fact there was a human shiite the size of king kongs finger on the floor
 
Good idea trying Hendon Mick. I stayed on the pier till about half 5. I was a no fish. I thought ya might have hoyed a pic of budgies handy work on the lighthouse up. Ha ha.
 
big effort but not to be,great attempt though.on the plus side,could @ should off been 4-o,if not more.hehehehehe.chin up NOW.
 
i think we learnt our lesson saturday night.mark robson @ myself were going to fish blyth beach,but winds put us off.sods law 1st @2nd best bags from there.like toonboymic at least we tried.still enjoyed event.

It was a hard going Saturday night managing a few whiting and rockling from hendon prom 100% better on sunday

Same for me, philysafc, Peter and fishingmark; plan A was Blyth beach, but got put off by the wind and fished the river instead, 1 little flattie for me and an undersized codling and undersized flattie for Peter. Sickening when we saw the bags from Blyth beach!

I'm out tomorrow night, and I'm gonna stay local!

We should of went withour instincts reg mate ,but you live and you learn and still enjoyed the night even though the wind and rain were crazy and I lost 5 sets of gear ,my but cap off my rod which left the metal band open. Which was sharp and after winding in noticed it had ripped my rubber chest waders wide open ! :rolleyes:oh aye I almost forgot about the stick I got off reg and lance about the footie score :red:

I'm fishing the walkway tonight Andy if you fancy fishing there.
 
I'll be going out about 5.30, I was planning on going off marsden cliffs over high tide, then was going down to the walkway or ssp when the bays start emptying out. So will be down the walkway at some point.
 
Toonboy I love your reports mate, and am desperate for you to have a massive session. Can I just say if there's any sea from the south east, get aome lug and fish last two down , first two back at Whitburn. Fish to the right of the natural harbour which is to the right of la timers. Can't guarantee anything but you should get fish. Keep your head up marra.

its easy to read catch reports over the years.WHY fish roker pier most of the time.when theres great rock edge shots around marsden for example,2 hours down 2 hours up. 3-0plus good chance of codling being caught.ps,think your youghen has had better sessions than you. go on then TOONBOYMC,hammer the fish tonight,GOOD LUCK.hope you catch a codling 3-O + HEHEHE.:):):):):):)

Cheers hughgee and my favourite regpude great advice and starting to venture away from Roker and rathouse will be fishing again this weekend and will be at 1 of your locations and maybe Arbroath in a few weeks if I don't get a pb cod in February I'm changing my colours to red n. White lol might even do a daft safc tattoo on bum for little Derek fund get a sponser form going what you think
