Left the slip at South Shields yacht club about 8:30.
Tried wrecks close by but not much showing ,so headed to a wreck about 5 mile off Whitley bay and bang were into cod from 4lb- 11 1/2 lb all but 1 cod were taken on shads.
Left that wreck about 14:00 hrs and headed in .
Took about 25 cod,best day we've had in a while.
Sorry no photos but was more concerned with getting in safely and filleting our catch.
