                    being lucky and never suffered any ill effoects while at sea, I have heard that diluted orange is very good.

                        try seabands mate they work by pushing on the pressure points on your wrists so you get no side effects like drowsiness

                          What are these bands and where do you get them? Are they the accupressure ones mentioned earlier? Think I\'ve heard of them but never seen them. Is it just a trip to Boots?

                            i think i bought my seabands at the chemist in asda about 4 years ago they were about 6 or 7 quid the instructions tell you how to find the pressure points on your wrists the idea being you can put them on if you start to feel sick i\'ve only had them on once or twice and i have\'nt puked !
