        agree'd each to there own some love it some don't i'm a don't (sorry) As for Diawa Tournament i like that. Its upto what ever you feel happy with and what your pocket can pay for.

          gerry's mono (3 spools for £10) 30lb straight through on 535/7000's for the rocks, heavy ground, & piers,with rotten bottom device.

          15-18lb with 60lb shockleader on 525''s for clean beaches, simple, safe & effecive.

            Yeah i used to use that cast at times a few years ago,but i broke my collar bone and any kind of casting now where ya power it causes me some discomfort,so normally i opt for a nice easy cast or a gentle lob
