after an invesigation this long I\'d be very suprised if the Prima Facae evidence they\'ve given the cps isn\'t **** hot. not certain but I think 15 years is the max tariff for perverting the course of justice, and I\'d guess they\'d have to give him that.

It\'s contrary to Common Law, triable on indictment only and max sentence life imprisonment.

I really hope they have got the right person. As Mike said I also think IF it is the right person he should be charged with manslaughter as there is (as far as I know but could be wrong) nothing that could EVER fit the crime that that scum committed.

I will leave it there but I would like to say more.

      Jim.

The ridiculous thing is, someone must have recognised the voice on the tape, and kept quiet.

If so, does this not constitute as big a crime as actually sending the tape in the first place ?

the bloke in the off licence must have reconised his voice
          he was in often enough
seemingly he liked his diamond white cider
but then again so do a lot of people from sunderland
i hope his balls turn to cubes and fester in every corner
