Well done Ritchie, Great report and pics, nice to catch a few fish as well. Dont want too many doggies on the N/E coast, but well done on catching one :)

I've heard of a few doggies from there, but never seen one myself - well done mate! :D:D Ain't been near the pier for a few weeks but will have to get down again soon.

Cheers, Gary :)

Hi all thanks for the comments such a turn over:rolleyes:. One of my pals told me he once caught a doggy off blyth pier early last year. Anyway was at tackle shop in ashington today and john n gary were happy to see a doggy lads!!:D gary thinks its a Huss or summit but defo female he says, john thinks its a Lesser Spotted Dogfish:D canny happy... bet next time i blank for once haha! i only go out when its a nice night & nice morn, leave rough fishin till winter time:D 10hrs fishing aint long either, especially when your catchin on 2 rods constantly:rolleyes:

Mick dunn hope you catch one as its a surprise and a half.

what you mean jim, dont want too many doggies around n/e coast?

Thanks for the thumbs up on the pictures all much appreciated:cool:

Whats wrong with a few doggies Jim. We aint catchin a lot of anything else.
Hi Mike, How you doing. :) Nowt wrong with a few Doggies, as long as you catch them over the other side of the country. :D Richie, i would hate to be overrun with them, because they feed in packs taking all the food , which affects the other species.just my opinion. :)
