I just think what's the point. Talk to the police and get a number for insurance purposes. No investigation or anything. Just some bloke laughing at me from behind his curtains. I bet his CCTV never shows him doing it.

His car gets damaged ? he claims off his insurance - His car gets damaged again ? He claims off his insurance, and again, and again, and again - Eventually he becomes such a high claims risk that NO ONE will insure him - NO insurance! no car! - problem sorted.

Shame about your car, nasty scratch that.
I only fished the walkway once and never went back because of the mess. Disgusting, crab legs and shells everywhere, line all over the place, empty bait bags and newspaper etc etc
No wonder the locals get annoyed, I know most anglers tidy up after themselves, 1 or 2 idiots spoil it for the rest of us. Catch the idiots, make them tidy there own crap up, maybe residents and anglers would get on better.

everybody must make sure if they see another scratch on there car after fishing there they must report it then the jobsworths will have to do something
