What happens to fish?

At the weigh in at Newbiggin Comp, anglers were asked, are you keeping the fish?, If they werent, they were put in a bin bag. anyone know what they do with tem?.. Pig farm perhaps?

bit of a waste really,there must be someone they know that wants some fish

All fiash still alive, mainly flounders are returned. All the other fish where given to anybody who wants them, members of the club normally. I normally get quite a few but was in a hurry. There was not a fish wasted.
