I think Peter Crouch won it, he drove up from Manchester and got there at quater to nine just as the rocks started to show.......
Crazy state of the tide to start a match, just lucky there was no sea running as it would have been dangerous (people trying to get on marks too soon)

Often bumb into Geoff at Sugar sands and Newton when the seas lovely but the fish arent there......
