Why put your name down for them then? If you're struggling for transport nearer the date, why not let people know?

I've only fished one or two events myself, but looking back, I remember members picking other members up cos of lack of transport.

You did the same with the rabbits I shot for you Gaz. I spent ages skinning and jointing them for you then you didnt have the courtesy to answer your phone. Funny cos Brian had no problems coming from shields which is a damn site further than Seaham. Not having a go mate, just dont tell people you're gonna do something when you have no intention of carrying it out.

Well he missed a trick there then , Cos they were mighty fine ,black pudding ,chestnut mushrooms ,onions , diced bacon and Thyme from my garden ,slow cooked and reduced down in dry sherry Mmm
