Poor after sales

Finding anything to do with the boat supplier for Arvor very difficult to deal with, sent 6 emails and rang once with a "ring you back" as an answer...still no call back.

Trying to track down a water caption filter for the fuel, not the one thats just before the injectors but the one thats straight after the fuel tank that you drain. Decided to change all 4 filters on the boat today but cant for the life of me find the above mentioned, all the others no problem.

Spoke to a few lads that had been out fishing and a charter skipper but still not a great deal doing out there.

As for after sales dont worry about it as most of the marine industry is like what you describe unless you are spending thousands then you are realy not worth it

they all want us to be rich yachties who just let them do all the work and write there own cheques

Yer i can understand that but i was after a few things from them, not any great value but prob be worth just over £150..never mind, going to try Storrar again as they seem to be ablt to track down alot of Arvor bits.

Heard a rumour the cod have been informed the season has started

Hope so, was out messing about last weekend and the water was not that bad, not wet aline yet this year thou...hoping maybe next weekend that the weather will be ok and i can get out...saying that i never do well shore or boat in March or 1st 2 weeks in April..always seems to be later April for me....thou the rough ground and inshore lads have had good reports from past years in March.

Ended up getting a new filter unit from that site Keith, £38 for it but at least you can get spare filters.

Yer i seen it, typical err. Mind i am in two minds about heading out straight after changing the fuel filters etc incase i have not got all the air out the system and it shudders and stops as often happens when doing this service check "i am told".

Still months to go thou until its all over and we thinking about the next season.
