Watched Bruce Parry last night, drill a hole in the ice drop hooks in the water baited with frozen macky have a cup of tea pull in lines ten minutes later full of halibut and the odd skate, at the end of the programme kids in a boat three yards out pulling in cod 2-4lb ers on frozen macky.That's where I'm going wrong, no more lug, runnydown, crab or exotic baits for me it's frozen mingin mackeral from now on.
