the place where i have seen casts i have seen people digging worm so its not loacation im worried about its getting on the wrong side of people for digging there worm :confused jamie

I dont really do much sea fishing but am wanting to start doing alot more :D and if im fishing more I will need more bait :D which is why i want to no if you can turn up at any beach with a bucket and a fork and dig for worm?? or is it for the locals only :( thanks JAMIE
