hi sam,i am an exiled geordie for twenty years down south,but have been listening to howes fishing for twenty years now listening on this new fangled pod cast thing!used to fish alot around eyemouth and st abbs as a bright eyed sprog twenty years ago and have persauded she who must be obeyed to rent a cottage in st abbs at the end of may
looking at maps alott of development seems to have taken place around eyemouth,so any advice on marks would be great,you also mentioned on your radio show a book that a guy had written about the area fishing with his dad but i cant seem to find it,i also made a fishing video with jim dobie some twenty years ago for a company called twenty
years ago with a company called river city productions entitled fishing in south west scotland,it was sponored by mustad and i believe the guy who put up the twenty grand to make it was called sid sarbutts,i would love to get in touch with jim again to see if he has any tips,cheers chris

Hi Sam. I have still have had no word/e-mail from Ben Thompson. I know there's a CAAG meeting on the 15th of august but just wanted to let you know.

Hi Sam

The Tyne & wear CAAG was last Thursday. The next one is scheduled for Thursday 4th March at 7pm at the EA building, Tyneside House, Newcastle Business Park (although might want to remind people closer to the day). I attend these ones with Jamie doing the Northumberland ones but you can offer anyone who comes along that I can fill them in and will accompany them. It might help them bed in a little at the meeting.

Hi Sam I've just had word that GHOF are having a feedback session re NFW and I would really appreciate it if you could write me up some feedback you have about your experience and how you could suggest to improve the process.
