Hell of a catch mate.

Just my opinion like but I honestly can't understand the big deal about salmon. OK their a great fighting fish but personaly I don't like the taste of fresh salmon, rather have the tinned stuff plus their in abundance with the farming industry, cleaner rivers etc. I'd rather have cod any day.

Don't think there is any prohibition to taking salmon or sea trout from the sea , once they are out of tidal waters its a different game but .....?

You do need a EA license to fish for them up to 6 mile out to sea....
