well folks just got back in from a 5 hour sesh at hartlepool,i didnt have time to have a coffee all night,lol...i had a fish first cast then another every cast for the first 3 hours,i ended up with 10 cod,biggest 3lb 10 and i threw 2 back that were just size but i gave them a chance to get bigger,i also lost a huge fish,dont know how big but it was well into double figures.got it to base of pier but i couldnt do anything with it,i could barely turn the handle on my reel brnging it in,a big swell came and snapped my 80lb shockleader like cotton,what a fish but never mind i still got 10 up.pics follow tomorow when i get some batteries for my camera,great night

Nice one Jonny, cracking report and a cracking session too. Very bad luck with the biggun though, but that is pier fishing unfortunately. I remember a couple of sessions when I came back with a full flask too, or opened it for a quick slurp when I got back to the car. It doesn't get any better than that mate.
