Well done mate a cracking fish there mate, i had my first double about 8 or 9 years ago aswell never had one since well cod that is,come close tho and lost 3 on the lift over the last 2 years, 2 of them just being over the last week.....

Thanks guys, still on a real high. Going down again on Saturday night. The cod on Horden have been steadily increasing in size over the last 3 weeks, with good sized fish taken even in flat conditions. I lost one off a couple of weeks ago but this one has definitely made up for it. Fingers crossed for another good night.

When I gutted that double it was full of crab and a small whitie. The fillets from it are huge!!!
