I don't see the problem a bit...or a lot...of passion during the derby. Rather have that than a boring sod who treats it as just another game.

I've just always been a fan of carver because of his passion for the club he loves, but inevitably I guess people like that will boil over when it's not going there way. He can apologise after the Hull victory and all will be well in the toon again. Id like to see him give the managers job a bash after pards gets sacked, he's been no2 to some great managers and I just like a guy with a bit of passion even if it's a loud deluded Geordie

We've already got an embarrassing manager who has stuck the nut on another player and verbally abused a fellow manager and decent bloke in Manuel Pellegrini without employing another hothead who abuses the very fans that pay his wages.

You know, I watched that video last night and I am thinking now the same as I thought before - did he even do anything? where are these quotes coming from? Or did I watch the wrong video?

The one I saw he walked up, pointed for about 2 seconds and walked off - could of been for anything.

Passion is one thing but turning that in to uncontrolled aggression in front of impressionable youngsters is another.
