43cm Flounder.

Well lads fished my two compos today. First one morning start and blanked at Tyne-well-had a flattie on which fell off due to crossed lines but look at what Chut my mate caught.Biggest one i,ve seen.

Afternoon comp on Blyth pier went better. Flounder, Whitie,Rockling and this fella a Dab.
New one for my species hunt.

Canny day but i,m all fished out now.

Nice one mate! I had one out of the Tyne last year was 41cm gutted i cudnt weigh it tho, cud of been a speciman and cuda got my flounder badge from Sea Angler :/

think 2lb+ is a speciman for a flounder not sure but that one looked like it had spawned recently or camera tricks LOL
