525 gs -525 supermag extra

i have had problems with me supermag extra the pinion gear is knackered some ring round it has sheared off so i took the gs apart to find the pinion is small in lentgh trying that one in extra so wont reach to hit the spool when engaged with side plate realease on and off any suggestions where to get the original pinion gear and any link diagrams eppreciated

How much do you reckon a left side plate is for my supermag extra.
Number 27 on the diagram.

sorted now lads it wasnt the actual pinion its self it was the bearing that sits in the reel frame where the pinion goes through to hit he spool that was shattered in bits stuck round the pinion gear lucky enough an old supermag frame had one in it

Ive just had to replace the same bearing on my 525, i baught a new one from here
