60lb clear mono

Im after a bulk spool .5 or 1 kilo of clear 60lb mono for leaders and rig bodies. Cant find any local or on net . Any ideas

UK hooks sell clear mono on 1kg spools, just looked and they have 60lb in stock. Could be worth a look?

I use 60lb as main line. I buy it, usually, from the £5 bargain spool section of any local tackle dealers in 200 yard spools. Is that the sort of thing you're after?

i used to use 60lb from uk ,and did the job as shock leader very well indeed , however as for the rig body it did the job O K abut i had to really put lots of saliva on and double checks knots as had to pull tight as lot of pressure was neeeded , but was was sound and durable line.if you not mind the extra work , Asso do a 1kilo spool for around £30 and and 1/2 kilo of hard skin for £30+, sylcast do a mile for around £20, so if you can wait i can get address for the Asso lines, seemed to have mislaid the sheet at the moment , will try to get for the mora

rutherfords normally have a good selection of line in , also frazesr have a good selection as well, with 1/2kilo spools in as well ,and also believe moonfleet do the largespools
