aye gogs its a rotten coastline ,used to fish it 20 years ago when dad was up that way ,never did any good up there

heaviest cod Rab kelly (last years winner as well) 3.7kg
heaviest bag S mcadam (workington) 6.45kg
2nd heaviest bag R kelly(fife) 5.85kg
3rd J craig (kirkcaldy) 4.1kg

2 jnr weighted in
1st Jamie shaw 1 fish 3.12kg
2nd Scot kaven 0.2kg

160 anglers fished and 67 fish were weighted in (sorry alan never heard by how many) in poor conditions.

i had 2 out on my last 3 casts for 1.40kg so it saved a blank like last week in perfect conditions.
God i really do hate that bit of coast (can be good in the summer)

No Alan i didnt,young shaun from the club had 1 fish for 1.85kg and he wasnt far of the prizes,but he did win a bottle of Gay pink wine as the very last prize on the raffle

That poof juice made my trip, so it did! :casstet: I also hate the fife coast... Does my heed in! Its rare for me to pull a fish out on that coast... Had to do some swimming onto a half submerged island before the crowd went on, and my rod started pullin oot my hands as i was wading along... Great fun
