I love to go to this shot this time of year, as i always pull out a few locals, that've been there all summer. Pulled these two out first two casts, then nothing else.

Nipped down to a local cliff top shot at teatime today to fish a couple of hours of the flood, before it's off down Shields on the pi$$. Managed to pull these two up the cliff.

i'm working down 'the smoke' so the wife made me these 'Cod pies' to take away with me in the morning.
They've got their 'jellied eels' but I've got 'Cod pies'
