a decent cod atlast

fished local last night had a cracking bite first cast which resulted in this 6lb 11 ounce cod

2 casts later strikes into another good fish heavier weight coming in this time a better fish but sadly it spat the hook close in ,i managed another codling at 2lb and also another size one that went back

and a undersize one me mate had 2 size fish around 2lb and a 1lb and a half

heres the 2 i kept 6.lb.11 and the 2lber

we also tried the walkway which we was just getting pulled round into snags so we opted for end of sheilds pier me mate managed one of hes fish from there last stop hendon prom for a couple casts couldnt hold the bottom plus weed so we called it a night
