I fancy a chuck from the rocks is the coming nights along the leas. Only problem I have no clue of any marks. Can anyone suggest a easy to identify rock mark (if there is one), somewhere not too hazardous, I'm not the most nimble on my feet. Will be for a couple hours either side of low water.

Any info welcome.

From Jarrow. And mainly want places between shields nd sunderland. I know there's plenty places but clueless to where these marks actually are. I was looking for the vikingvalhalla website but can't find it. If I remember I'm sure it had photos of the different places

Low tide boateys bay where the boat cabbins on the beach if its weeded out head right towards marsden beach and there's camels island u can't miss it if ur facing the island fish to the right on the island bit watch the tide it comes in quick and can lock you on try not to fish marsden beach anywhere to the left of the lifeguard hut at high tide cos the cliffs are renowned for caving In ur best off having a scout during the day at low tide and scout where us be comfortable fishing

Hi mate, camels island on the very north end of marsden bay,and the black path which is a little further north are probably the easiest for you to identify. Fish camels on small tides over low water. No need to actually climb on island you can fish from the wall that runs along the south side of it. Dont need big casts. Best in a big northerly but ive had fish in flat seas also. Black path is a lot more tackle hungry but will throw some good fish out, dont fish in any sort of sea though. I fished it yesterday afternoon and blanked.

I wouldn't fish any of these marks on your own in the dark if you don't know them mate, try them out during day light hours at low water first. Camels island is on the left hand side when you get to bottom of the steps to marsden beach, check pm.

Not too nimble on your feet?
Id say fish the marks around the lease during daylight until your used to your surroundings before a night sortie! Marks like camels, johnsons are real ankle twisters mate!
Take care.
