A few cod about

After a 13 hour shift last weekend l went straight from work to fish near Newbiggin, despite being knackered l was rewarded with a brace of cod, same again tonight, a thirteen hour shift during the day and then straight out fishing after work

many thanks, despite being knackered l really enjoyed that session, nothing beats night fishing in the winter, always been a big favorite of mine

many thanks, the sea was rough and it was bitterly cold, just the way l like it, and thankfully no moon, hopefully it will be the same tonight

aye today is dragging at work, still 3 hours to go, will get home at 21:30 and be out the door fishing by 21:40, (just enough time to say hello to the wife), hopefully get another cod tonight,or any fish,' a fish is always a bonus' my dad used to say, and 'its being there that counts, cannot catch fish from an armchair', another of his sayings

well after the 13 hour shift went up northumberland and fished until 03:00, so today has been a little hazey, not enough coffee to pull me round, for my efforts l was rewarded with 4 small flatties and a decent flounder at the end, (all went back).
