Yes mate, Had it since I was a young un. Probably had it about 20 years, but had a good few years when I didn't fish. It was when Abu's where built to last.

Just sent a very battered and bruised Abu Garcia 7000C Syncro to Woodpott Ltd to see if they can give it a new lease of life. It was my first ever reel and I think it deserves it. Woodpott Ltd have replied saying that its getting hard to get a hold of genuine parts now, hope they can get it serviced and repaired.
