Norman, you’re spot on about the boats, it’s a chance to dream and even the worst weather cannot stop that.
 
I've just spent 3 hours rigging shads and muppets :), now what would i have been doing if i didnt have a boat......watching a crap chick flick that our lass wanted to watch :(......thank god i've got a boat....:D

Couple of weeks Norman, I'll be standing in the cockpit with the rod thumping away and all thoughts of wasted money will be banished ! ;) :D

haha yeah we need something to occupy our minds Ray, to banish these bad thoughts .....
On a lighter note , I remember last year ...... the one we all thought was red hot at the start ...... :)

Pleased you put that link on Norm, i was a landlubber at that time after selling the boat :rolleyes: ....now i've had a busy weekend prepping things, collecting mussel etc, despite the lack of fishing time its still a hobby that can give you lots of enjoyment....something you dont appreciate until you dont have a boat.....:)

Off down the marina again now, to bring my reels home for a service.....thanks for the reminder Norm.....:);)
