Alcan advice request

Thinking about a ride up there in the next day or too. Could anyone give directions on where to park and get down to the mark.

Any advice on how to approach the mark would be much appreciated.

Hoping for my first codling, is there a decent chance up there ?

it looks like the sea will be flat tomorrow so your likely to be fishing for coalies. lynemouth is best after the seas been away or during a bit of a rough sea if you can cast past the breakers or your gear will end up back on the beach in minutes

Thanks lads, I heard there were NE winds expected Mon/Tue. Would it make sense to have a look up there Wed next week ? Or would another mark be better?
As you can tell I am new to this, just trying to find my way around some of the marks I hear about on the site and when to give them a go.
Any help much appreciated as always and will share anything I learn.

I'm thinking of having a dodge up there myself tomorrow night.

Never fished it before so as much to have a look as with any great expectations, HT at 9pm so seems ideal to get there late afternoon in daylight then fish through the last half of the flood then a bit of the ebb...

Dont know yet gona keep an eye on the weather. Strong easterly winds forecast on monday so when they ease off a bit its time to pounce
