me and mate had 4 hours at aldin yesterday morning fished bottom lake mate got 2 and i got 2 returned 4 between us caught fish on dawsons olive and black buzzer,with floating line.
mate bumped into the farmer who ownes the place and asked him if the meat shop was open ha said no but would open it for him never seen so much meat for £20 well worth it canny days fishing and bargain of day the meat.

John how did you present the black buzzers mate.
I have bought some tapered leaders for tomorrow with a couple of droppers on them. Going to give them a go possibly on an indicator. Never tried this method just read about it on the Northumbria website.

fished with only 1 buzzer on a floating line with a 5ft floating polyleader then about 6ft of 6lb leader cast out and let drift in the wind just retrieving the line with a very slow figure of 8.
