aluminum rod butts

hi all anyone know where i can get any 8\' long aluminum rod butts from just like the ones that conoflex used to use

I don\'t think they were 8\', I have 2 and they are both 6ft dural

Be careful as a 5ft X 1inch diameter dural butt will bend like a banana when power casting.
You will probably get away with 4ft but its best to up the diameter to 1 1/4 inch. The old backcasters had 1 1/2inch dural butts.

Best spend a little more on a carbon butt.
Or were you wanting it for something else????
eg,Hitting the missus over the head or doing a spot on the door of a nightclub.
