I was down the marina today, a notice states that only the head lease is up for sale. I assume the head lease is the primary lease; from memory the actual owner of the land is the Duke of Northumberland. The marina is leased or I guess sub-leased from the owner of the head lease and the new owner of the head lease would become the landlord of the marina but there will be no change in ownership or managment of the marina in the immediate future.
