4hr trip tried the hard ground ,tried uptiding and 3 wrecks not a fish to be had.
Heard on vhf charter out of hartlepool 12 anglers out at 8oclock covered a lot of ground and only 2 fish onboard.
Think this saying something .I E theres no fish about but as they say God loves a tryer.so theres away tommorow AGAIN.

We were out on Sapphire from 7 till around 4ish, 7 of us fishing used Crab, mussle, squid, mackki, rag, lug, jigs and shads, wrecking and on rough ground and only got 1 ling to show for it, spoke to a few other boats on way back in and no one had anything, still only the start of the season though, had a good day out and got sunburnt to feck!!
