Any 1 fished Runswick Bay ???

Any of u lads fished Runswick bay ? Any advice on fishing it thinking on planing a trip down. ? Cheers

if your going to runswick bay you should call in to cowbar or staithes as well.have fished both off these but not runswick both from the shore and boat .as there just around the coner from runswick would think there all the same type of ground which is large flat rocks fishing into kelp beds and very rough ground .rotten bottm rigs and a bucket of leads .also you can digg for lug in staithes as the sea drops back to the pier ends at low water hope this is of sum use

One more thing take care around the bottom of the cliffs as bits often drop off with out warning putting two or three people in hospital over the last two years.if you did get in to trouble statues has a life boat and Runswick has a inshore boat as well
