anybody want any crab or whiteworm

hi caught you all out there did,nt i but at least cuaght your attention,

if you had a pick one or the other for your winters fishing which one would you pick.ie every friday pick up a tenners worth of white worm or a tenners worth of crab which one would you pick

white worm,i dont rate peeler that much during winter

Its a hard one cause peeler is still fishing well with the mild winter, but id probs go for the whites......reminds me whens the next big huge tides lol..

agree with most of been said i used to think that hite worm came into its own after xmas when fish went scarce a little ,also thought white worm caught smaller fish but plenty till one day fishing off a big pier tyne in heavy sea nobody was getting out apart from two blokes useing whites and they had a few fish to 9lb.
paul big tides gone now till approx august the bigger tides coming up now feb march tend to be the biggest ebbs on nightides new moon.about milder weather paul never thought about it you might be right and as paul says if you can get some it can certainly pay dividends at times

Easy one friday get white worm and the next friday get the crab and see which one catchers the fish. lol

Fresh crab will always catch fish whites won't.

Crab from april - december 9 months
whites from jan - march 3months

To me there is no doubt which is best. CRAB

Whites can be deadly but they are very overated and often sort out the smaller "nuisance" fish, lots of baits have their day.

Razors after a storm, rag in march, maddies for scratching, sandeels for dogs etc
