anyone been to majorca

just booked up 2 weeks in majorca

wots the fishing like

loads of mullet and small bream around harbours sless also there was that article in sea angler a couple of months back with the locals catching gilthead bream off the tourist beaches to 10lb at first light on local dug tube worms im fairly sure it was majorca anyhow. theres quite a few tackle shops knocking about as well.

Hi Graham, I was working in majorca for 3 months a few years ago, and fished every w/end all round the island. strangely unlike over here there were more fish to be caught in the populated areas as opposed to the remote places. I also read the article Flathead , It was palma nova i think. but the guy was well out before he cast his gear, so it dropped over the ledge into deep water.anyway sless theres always the mullet best of luck jim

Just one thing sless, if there is a good breeze off the land, the mullet go for those crickets [ grasshoppers ] just nicked behind the head. it\'s great cos the bairns can collect your bait
