is anyone going on roker first light tomorrow ?
giving it a go about 4am til 7ish, should hopefully avoid the majority of the broth heads at that time.
just taking the spinning gear down, much more fun getting them 1 at a time on the spinner !
might give it a go tomorrow evening as well if i can be bothered to brave the charva, larger swilling broth heads casting 6oz leads on 8lb line.

Once upon a time they'd have died of the plague and been weeded out of society as weaker elements....these days they get free housing, sky TV and seem to have more expendable income than I've ever had in my whole WORKING life....Jeez!!

Perhaps we could have a yearly cull like the canadians do with the seals...I quite fancy the spiked club option

Yearly cull! Now theres an idea! Micky can start 2mora, just chuck the little smack rats ower the rail job done! They only show up in summer aswell, cushty job for someone!

the one thing i hate most is why o why do they have to p*ss against the wall in the neck end or in the doorway of the lighthouse the place stinks, why cant they p*ss over the side into the sea or if they're shy with little tadgers go down the steps to relieve themselves !!!!!!!!!

after finding the pier was closed yesterday,decided a couple chucks between the piers on the beach ,and even then a smack rat showed up talking sh!t eyes pinned to fcuk, i rapped up and went flatty bashing up the river out the way ,lol

looking forward to it, love the early morning sessions, i hate fishing shoulder to shoulder. my mate sent me a text from the pier earlier tonight said there was loads coming in so should be spot on. first light + last of flood tide + big tide should = loads of fish !!!!!!!!

went down this morning 4 am nothing for the first hour then quite a few macky came on between 5am and 6am. i stayed down til 7ish. the bay side as i walked of was alive with macky bursting through the sandeel, had 3 casts as i walked off and took 3 fish, just my luck to have to come off as they came on strong. the whole bay was alive with them, even right the way inshore.
