Might be getting the gear out of storage simply due to frustration and boredom (bored with working non stop ),so I might have a shot at the Oxfauld or around Cullercoats one night this week.

Off to my caravan(Luce Bay) for the weekend.Depending on the weather will try a bit pollacking off the rocks or have a go on the west side cos heard of a few bass being taken.

Fished Crammag Head on Sunday with tack4 and little tack4. Tried spinning off the rocks for pollack and blanked. Have heard that even the local boats are struggling at the moment
Its a bit too early I am afraid!!

Fished Roker pier on Saturday night Gazza (round head). Nowt but baby codling, whities and coalies. Went to barrier after a couple of hours and not a touch. Let us know how you get on Steve as I was thinking of trying Crawleys on Saturday night. Those Reddies might be in.
