Just got in (after a few Stellas) but it has been really poor.
Started off at Charlies Garden, Collywell Bay and only got one small tap. Moved to Whitley Beach opposite the Briardene which was poor. Howard got a rockling I got one tiny Whiting and that was about it. Weed picked up on the flood and apparently Blyth Beach was heavy with weed all night.
Collywell looked perfect, little bit movement and some colour to the water but nowt. it apparently fished quite well on Sunday night.
Match was won with 3 Whiting for 2lb 2 1/2oz from Blyth beach middle toilets.

got down earlier than expected so just fished the pier at blyth again. rag lug runnydown mussel one tiny little whiting although me mate got a couple of decent whiting. never mind will try again at the weekend.
