Approaching an owner

Seen a boat in royal quays - doesn\'t seem to have been used much and have heard that mentioned before also. Is the best way to find out who the owner is to just ring the marina and see if they would enquire or would that be a bit forward?

Also, its a reiver with a 75hp engine on the back - seems a bit of a beast of an engine for a reiver. Would it be a bit of a gas guzzler. Its a four stroke and seems quite new.

not certain but I think it might be for sale 7 to 8 grand ish, its just along from mine.

give matt a ring at the RQ

the 75 honda is pretty economical, mainly cos its a 4 stroke, will give heaps more economy than say a 40hp 2 stroke

Thanks for that Mark. Where did you find out about it being for sale? Do you happen to know if it is advertised anywhere?

The asking price seems a bit steap but i guess the engine might have something to do with that?

Keith, come to think of it it was Adam that mentioned it as not being used, but wasn\'t for sale at the time.

Will ring them in the morning.

it was adam that mentioned it to me last week. the price will be down to the motor a bit, 7grand engine just a couple of years old and hardly used!

be like shit off a stick once the 3 foot of weed has been scraped off the bottom

I actually bumped into the bloke who owns it couple of weeks back and then it was definately for sale his asking price is a bit steep dont know if he will move or not. Not sure if he has advertised it anywhere but like the lads say ring the marina and they may contact him initially.
